Data Protection Analyst
Based at Everyone Active Support Hub (Hybrid - office based minimum two days a week)
Maternity Cover, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
We are looking for a Data Protection Analyst to work with the IT Team to provide support to sites and customers on data protection and compliance matters.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the business. Whilst knowledge of GDPR, PCI DSS and or the Data Protection Act would be advantageous, training will be given to the right candidate. More importantly, we are looking for the right candidate who can work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of MRM is required.
Your main duties will be …
- Responding to requests from sites and customers
- Handling data protection requests such as removals, opt outs, CCTV requests, subject access requests
- Provide data protection advice and training to colleagues and sites where necessary
- Update policies, procedures and compliance documentation
- Create agenda and notes for quarterly Information Security and compliance meeting
Desired skills and experience
- Computer literacy essential • MRM and other Everyone Active systems
- Ability to manage own workload
- Administration experience with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
