Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Train new staff members on proper procedures, standards, and equipment usage.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and quality.
- Provide safe and effective pool supervision
- Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
- Be focused on high customer service standards
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
- Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance.
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required and First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. Training will be given. This position will involve day, evening and weekend
- work, including public holidays and also requires a DBS check to be completed prior to starting
Skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with team management principles and effective training methods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
