Service Development

A safe, secure, clean, well maintained facilities that are accessible and inclusive for all.
· Start shifts on time ensuring the lessons also start and finish on time
· Wear uniform as per the company standard
· Take appropriate action when identifying faults and hazards following all H&S Procedures
· Maintain a safe environment throughout the Everyone Active Swimming Lessons
· You must ensure all equipment used is returned and stored appropriately
· All students are instructed on poolside safety and the Emergency Action Plan
· Ensure all energy reduction actions are undertaken on a daily basis throughout your shift
· To follow Emergency Action Plan procedures at site

· A consistent and competent standard of tuition is provided to individual students on the scheme appropriate to their needs

Promote 30 minutes of activity 5 times per week by providing a wide range of quality activities.
· Promote the concept of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
· Delivering inclusive activities to a high standard supporting the community
· You must have a lesson plan that supports the lesson
· You must ensure sessions start with a warmup / introductory activity
· You must ensure sessions include a main theme including stroke and skill activities.
· You must ensure sessions conclude with a contrasting activity
· You must ensure that the content and structure is relevant to the students
· You must use appropriate and progressive practices

Provide dedicated, qualified, well trained colleagues to support customers and make their visits enjoyable.
· Complete online induction and continue with online training throughout the year
· Undertake and have a regular review with your line manager
· Attend meetings as required
· Undertake training as required.
