We’re looking for a Member Success Manager to lead a team focused on growing and engaging members. This role is about creating a great member experience—helping new members join with ease, feel supported, and stay engaged.
The role of a designate Membership Sales Manager will be to slot in where needed in our clubs including areas in and around the Manchester area. You will initially be based at whichever club is the closest one to you but you’d travel to other clubs where needed with the view to be placed in a permanent club when there becomes one available that is suitable. Club locations could include: Wilmslow, Altrincham, Walkden, Whitefield, Bolton.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team

- Drive engagement and visitation through tailored support and services
- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the member experience
- Achieve club targets for new joiners and engagement
