Your role will be maintain the integrity and accuracy of our membership database and support our members and Club teams with membership administration queries. This role is incredibly varied and ranges from member communication mailshots and refunds to migration, reconciliation, and Direct Debit runs.
You will study toward a Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside your role learning about regulations, policies and procedures, the organisation and business fundamentals. Process and project management. As well as stakeholder requirements and external Factors.

About you:
As an apprentice you will receive full on the job training for all key elements of the role.
Desired, skills and experience include:
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
- Team player
- A methodical and logical approach to work
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of membership database systems.
- Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
