£35,000 - £40,000 + excellent bonus potential
We’re excited to be recruiting for a Health & Wellbeing Manager for a brand-new fitness and wellness studio launching in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, driven manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong communities, and creating an environment where wellbeing is at the heart of everything.
About the Role
As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you’ll be leading from the front—hands-on, engaged, and fully immersed in every part of the studio’s daily operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the facility
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Creating a performance-driven culture where targets are achieved and exceeded
- Managing budgets, P&L, KPIs and driving overall business performance
- Contributing to a positive and professional studio environment
- Delivering wellbeing and fitness sessions alongside your team
About You
You’ll be a people-focused leader with a proven track record in health, fitness, or wellness. You're commercially astute, passionate about helping others thrive, and not afraid to get stuck in. We’re looking for someone who can truly bring the studio to life.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- A Sports Science degree (essential)
- Experience managing fitness or wellbeing teams
- A strong understanding of both fitness and wellness
- Confidence in delivering sessions and leading by example
- A genuine love for helping people feel better through movement and community
