We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team and help members achieve their fitness goals.

Primary objectives for the Personal Trainer will be:

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody using the health and fitness facilities.
To promote excellence in customer service.
To motivate people to enjoy physical activity and reach their fitness goals.
To design and implement safe and effective personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and needs.
To promote healthy living outside of the gym environment with a focus on nutrition, sleep and mental health.
To drive PT income and profitability whilst adhering to all operational and sales procedures.

The Person

Must be passionate about fitness, nutrition and overall health.
Must be able to build rapport and strong relationships.
Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
Must be motivational, enthusiastic and someone who leaves a positive impression through their energetic approach.
Must be good at understanding the needs of others, empathetic and supportive.
Must be able to take complex anatomical theory and explain it in the most simple way possible.
Must be highly organised, detail oriented and punctual.
Must be flexible, both in terms of their delivery, communication style and approach to exercise.
Must have a commitment to ongoing professional development, stay up to date with exercise science and fitness industry trends.
Must be able to physically meet the demands of the role and role model a healthy lifestyle.
