• Lead high-quality group CrossFit classes with energy and professionalism
• Manage and develop weekly programming
• Manage the coaching rota
• Oversee day-to-day box operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Drive member engagement, retention, and growth through proactive communication and support
• Assist with community events, onboarding new members, and improving the overall member experience
Requirements:
• Minimum CF-L1 (CF-L2 or above preferred)
• Proven experience coaching group CrossFit classes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
