Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role. The Area this position will cover contain multiple large leisure sites with a full range of services, providing high quality community facilities. This role would suit an experienced leisure manager looking for progression. It is vital that candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards.
We need an Area Contract Manager who will…
- Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention in the contracts
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the contracts
- Develop the various client and stakeholder relationships so that it encourages them to actively seek a relationship with Everyone Active beyond the contract’s current term
- Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects • Have experience managing multiple leisure facilities
- Manage health, safety and quality standards within their contract
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your contract teams and centre members

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
