Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa is a privately owned fabulous 4* hotel, boasting a luxury health club and spa, an 18 hole golf course, an award winning restaurant and a fabulous outside dining concept The Hangout.
We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our bunch working 30 hours per week over 4 days.

The Fitness Instructor Role

Summary of Job Role:
- To continually encourage and motivate our clients in the pursuit of their fitness goals through regular fitness assessments and exercise programs.
- Conduct gym inductions with members and guests.
- Conduct personal training sessions.
- Instruct group exercise classes
- Supervising the gym floor and ensuring a clean, well maintained environment for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of members and guests.
- Carry out regular pool tests
- To provide an exceptional customer experience for all of our guests.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 Fitness Instructor - essential
- NVQ Level 3 Personal Training - Qualified or working towards qualification
- Class Qualifications are preferred but not essential
