Moorways Sports Village, operated by Everyone Active, is looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic management team at one of the country’s flagship leisure centres.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking organisation—especially as Moorways is about to undergo a major refurbishment and restructure, including brand-new state-of-the-art facilities and upgraded staff areas.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the lifeguard team, ensuring consistent high standards of supervision, safety, and professionalism
- Oversee pool operations, including staff rotas, training, and compliance with health & safety protocols
- Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring the smooth running of the entire facility and responding to operational needs
- Support the wider day-to-day operations of the centre, including customer service and facility presentation
- Assist in developing and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and performance
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and energetic working environment
Please note: A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) is essential for this role.
