Occupational Health Administrator/Manager
Reports to: Practice Manager and Directors
Pay: Dependant on experience
Hours: 15 -37.5 hours flexible hours Mon-Fri (between 07.30-19.30)

London City Healthcare https://londoncityhealthcare.com are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual who ideally has a background in occupational health or is keen to learn and develop more in this area. We are a growing company, and this will be an exciting opportunity for you to help develop this expanding part of our practice.
You will be working alongside the practice manager and a team of Occupational Health Doctors in a private, city-based Clinic to assist in delivering an occupational health service to corporate city employers.
Being based in the city clinic (which is our head office) you will be in a health and fitness environment and working day to day with a friendly team including the practice manager, reception team, physiotherapists, Pilates instructors and massage therapists.
The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with employer occupational health enquiries through the online booking portal and telephone. The role will involve account management; compliance for certification; strategic development and marketing initiatives. Being a small company, flexibility is key and reception cover/ administrative support on reception will be required when busy or for annual leave cover.

· Background in healthcare or occupational health is ideal but not essential
· We welcome candidates with additional experience and skills that would be beneficial to practice: account management, operations, compliance, marketing, business development.

· Good attention to detail.
· Ability to be proactive within their role and demonstrate initiative
· Strong communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Working with the Occupational Health doctors to ensure effective service delivery
· Overseeing the Doctors reports and their effective delivery to the Clients
· Liaising with our occupational health doctors and HR and health and safety managers
· Supporting the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives
· Ensuring all service provision aligns with current legislation, clinical standards, and best practice
· Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders
· Generating new business as well as account managing existing clients
