Head of Marketing in London – Holistic Fitness Brand
£60-80k (experience dependent)
London based – hybrid working available (ideally 4 days a week office based)
We are recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join one of the most reputable brands in the holistic fitness world, an incredible opportunity not to be missed! This is a diverse and fast-paced role and the successful candidate will sit on the senior management team helping drive the business forward.
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of commercial, technical and creative ability and be familiar with working in multi-side brands.
Some of the responsibilities of this exciting role include:
- Strategic Marketing Planning & management
Implement a single-minded marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. Leveraging the brand, target audience, supporting sales, services and product development. - Customer Acquisition & Retention
Create and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive new sign-ups, memberships, or product sales, while also developing programs to improve customer loyalty and retention. - Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and content marketing to generate leads and foster online engagement - Content Creation & Campaign Management
Oversee the creation of engaging, relevant, and educational content that resonates with health-conscious individuals - Partnership & Influencer Management
Develop and manage strategic partnerships – individuals and or other related organisations to drive brand exposure and credibility within the market and ones which support studio’s locally and drive community - Customer Insights & Research
Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience - Team Leadership & Development
Lead, inspire, and manage the marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and professional development. Encourage a creative and collaborative environment and celebrate the team’s successes - Tech integration Leverage tech to simplify processes and campaigns. Understand the brand’s tech from booking platform to the website and find ways to improve usage. Integrate a new app
- Budget Management & Resource Allocation
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring the allocation of resources to high-impact campaigns and initiatives. Track and report on marketing spend and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness - Performance Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics such as customer engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, brand awareness reporting on the effectiveness
About you:
- You ideally will have at least 2 years experience at Head of Marketing level or equivalent, you could also be a senior Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge and step up
- You must have team management experience
- You will need to have strong technical ability and also be highly creative
- Experience within the fitness, health, medical or similar industries will be beneficial
- You must be able to get into London 3-4 days per week
