What You’ll Do:
Lead HR Strategy – Develop, implement, and communicate core HR policies that align with best practices and legal standards.
Manage Talent Acquisition – Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
Optimise HR Systems – Manage and enhance the HRIS (Zoho People) for accurate employee data, payroll, and benefits administration.
Ensure Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to Saudi labour laws and all regulatory requirements, handling all necessary filings and documentation.
Enhance Employee Relations – Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and support for performance management.
Deliver Reporting – Provide management with regular reports on key HR metrics, including recruitment progress, compliance status, and more.
Drive Learning and Development – Implement career development programmes and performance management processes to support employee growth.
Improve Processes – Identify and implement efficiency improvements in HR and administrative operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years in a senior HR role, ideally within wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong experience in policy development, recruitment, compliance, and HRIS management
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally Zoho People, and strong technical skills with Google Workspace
- Up-to-date knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour laws and HR regulations
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture
