We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Digital to lead the strategic direction of our digital channels, oversee a full website transformation, and deliver measurable performance across all marketing touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:
Set the Digital Agenda – Lead a full website revamp focused on usability, SEO, and high conversion.
Shape Strategy – Create and execute a digital marketing plan that drives brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
Build High-Performing Channels – Manage and optimise activity across SEO, SEM, content, paid ads, email, and social media.
Drive Innovation – Use tools such as heat mapping, A/B testing, and Google Analytics to continually enhance digital performance.
Lead the Team – Manage and develop a digital marketing team, working cross-functionally with key departments.
Manage Spend & ROI – Plan, deliver, and report on digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring strong return on investment.
Report and Optimise – Own key performance metrics, delivering weekly and monthly reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors
Proven leadership in website management, digital strategy, and campaign performance
Strong technical and analytical background with hands-on experience across all digital channels
Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, ClickUp or Trello
Experience managing paid media and SEO strategy
Collaborative leader with excellent communication and project management skills
Passionate about digital innovation, health, and personal development
