About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing fitness franchise brand as a Franchise Performance Manager, supporting a portfolio of approximately 15 locations across Ireland.
This role is key to the ongoing growth and success of the business and will suit someone with strong leadership and commercial skills, a consultative and supportive approach, and a background in the fitness industry.
You will work closely with franchisees to improve performance across all areas of their business, acting as a coach and partner to help them grow revenue, improve operations, and deliver a consistently high-quality member experience.
About the Role
As Franchise Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and guiding franchisees to deliver on key business objectives
- Analysing business performance and coaching franchisees to drive improvements
- Helping clubs align with brand standards across service, marketing, and operations
- Sharing best practices across the network to raise overall performance
- Advising on localised sales, marketing, and retention strategies
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience across all locations
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in the fitness industry, ideally in a Regional, Area, or General Manager role
- A strong understanding of club operations, commercial KPIs, and business planning
- A consultative and collaborative approach to leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
- A flexible approach with the ability to travel regularly across Ireland
