Membership Sales Advisor who’s ready to lead the charge during our crucial pre-sales phase and beyond.This is your chance to be part of something from the ground up, shape our member community, and be a driving force in launching one of the UK’s most exciting fitness brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Launch Focused Duties:
- Drive membership sales during the pre-opening phase by generating excitement and awareness in the local community
- Actively generate and convert leads before the club opens
- Deliver pre-sales tours, consultations, and virtual walkthroughs to sell the club vision
- Organise and attend outreach events, pop-ups, and networking opportunities in the local area
- Use social media and local partnerships to promote opening offers and build buzz
- Maintain a lead management system to follow up with prospects efficiently and professionally
Sales & Customer Journey:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide a consultative, friendly, and professional approach to helping members find the right membership
- Continue the momentum post-launch by welcoming and supporting new members, maintaining a high standard of service
Club Operations Support:
- Assist with front desk duties, club cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures
- Help manage member queries, feedback, and account administration
- Represent the brand with energy and professionalism both in and out of the club
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fitness, retail, or sales-focused environments
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion, especially during pre-sales campaigns
- Confident in face-to-face, phone, and digital communication
- Social media savvy — able to create engaging posts, stories, and outreach messages
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a true team player
- Organised, with the ability to manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and track performance
- Willing to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Live within a reasonable commute to Hayling Island
