Job Summary
We're building a small team of dynamic and dedicated instructors for a new boutique studio in South Woodford! We are seeking certified, freelance instructors that would like to work/grow together to build an exciting studio that rewards both teaching quality and community-building. You'll be part of the studio launch and help shape the schedule and class offerings around our clients feedback.

Responsibilities

Teach effective Reformer Pilates classes for small groups (up to 7)
Offer modified exercises to cater for all levels and abilities
Positively represent and promote the studio along with your own unique brand / class style
Build strong relationships with clients
Maintain the studio and equipment like they were your own

What we're looking for

Level 3 Pilates Certification from a recognised organisation
Strong communication, motivational, and anatomical knowledge
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of various client demographics
Pre/postnatal Pilates training is a bonus

What we offer

£25 - £38 per hour, depending on experience
