We're MotivatePT, the UK's most trusted women's personal training platform — built to transform lives through movement, motivation, and meaningful results.

We're expanding across London and are seeking exceptional Personal Trainers to join our powerhouse team of 46 PT's. Our trainers work with a phenomenal, primarily female client base who are dedicated, driven, and serious about their wellness journey.

Requirements

🌟 What We're Looking For

We're not just looking for any trainer. We're looking for the trainer who:

Has a minimum of 3 years' experience coaching clients 1:1
Holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Ideally has Pre & Postnatal certification, or is willing to complete it within month one
Is professional, punctual, responsive, and respectful — always
Has public liability insurance and is based in London (North, South, East, West or Central - please share your postcode)
Can travel up to 30 minutes from home (tube, cycling, car, or public transport)
Craves professionalism, structure, and collaboration
Brings creativity and quick thinking to sessions, keeping clients inspired and challenged

🚫 What We're Not Looking For

To save your time (and ours), please do not apply if:

You have less than 3 years' personal training experience or are newly qualified
You struggle with organisation, diary management, or communication
You have limited weekly availability and are unable to commit to client sessions consistently
You are not ready to grow your schedule and take on regular clients
You often reschedule, or late cancel on clients.
You are not open to feedback loops and development.
You prefer to work completely solo — this role is for trainers who value teamwork, structure, and being part of something bigger
