Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and principles, alongside a commitment to educating clients on proper form and technique. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the physical well-being of our clients through tailored classes that promote strength, flexibility, and overall health.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, ensuring they understand the benefits and techniques involved.
Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, ensuring equipment is clean and in good condition.
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually enhance your teaching methods.
Foster a supportive community among clients, encouraging them to motivate one another.

Requirements

Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognised institution is essential.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics related to movement and exercise.
Experience in sports coaching or personal training is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that welcomes participants of all backgrounds and abilities.

Pay: £25.00-£40.00 per hour
