Job Summary:

Here at TRIBES Fitness, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Training Apprentice. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the fitness industry, a strong desire to learn and develop their skills, and a clear vision of their career goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and good self-presentation to effectively engage with our high-end client base.

As a successful candidate, you will receive comprehensive training to lead fitness sessions independently, ensuring clients not only enjoy their workouts but also develop their skills and understanding of fitness principles. We take pride in our trainers being approachable and serving as role models, inspiring clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Training & Development:

Please note that probation and training will predominantly occur in the mornings. The goal is to develop a highly skilled personal trainer who can take on evening sessions to meet client demand.

Required Qualifications:

Level 3 Personal Training qualification is a MUST.

Preferred Qualifications:

University qualification preferred but not required.

Dedicated to Own Training: Proficient in performing the majority of exercises and committed to their own fitness regimen.
Comfortable with Gym Equipment: Confident in using all gym equipment safely and effectively.

Salary Range:

London Living Wage - £13.15 per hour
