We’re looking for a Swim Manager who will oversee the implementation of the swim lesson programme and aquatic strategy.

- Oversee and motivate a team of swim teachers to maintain quality lesson programme
- Maintain a balanced pool timetable to meet the needs of a variety of users

What do you need?
- A flexible approach - this role includes working days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Relevant National Governing Body qualifications.
- A DBS Check (we’ll sort this before you start)
