We're looking for enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Membership Consultants to join our growing team across Everyone Active's Sheffield Contract.
With the addition of Graves Health & Sports Centre, Thorncliffe Leisure Centre and Wisewood Sports Centre, there's never been a more exciting time to join one of the UK's leading leisure operators.

What you'll be doing
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping local people begin their health and wellbeing journey by:
- Welcoming prospective members into our centres and delivering engaging show rounds.
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending the membership that's right for them.
- Following up enquiries through phone calls, emails and digital channels.
- Building relationships with prospects and converting enquiries into memberships.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Promoting Everyone Active's services, swimming lessons, fitness programmes and wellbeing products.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to joining.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who:
- Loves talking to people and building relationships.
- Is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is confident using IT systems and managing customer enquiries.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Brings a positive attitude, resilience and enthusiasm every day.
Sales experience is beneficial but not essential—we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
