In this key leadership role, you will shape the future of group training at SATS, ensuring world-class member experiences and strong commercial performance through a high-quality group exercise (GX) offering built on our proven Nordic model.
You will lead and develop a large national GX organisation consisting of instructors and Cluster GX Managers, fostering a strong culture of leadership, accountability and collaboration across a distributed organisation.
Working closely with Operations leadership and Nordic GX leadership, you will play a central role in strengthening SATS’ position as the leading fitness provider in the Nordics, acting as the key link between local GX operations and Nordic GX leadership. This position is part of the Danish leadership team and reports directly to the Country Manager in Denmark, Thorbjørn Milling.
Key Responsibility Areas
Develop and expand group training in Denmark building Denmark’s best GX offering through a high-quality member experience aligned with the Nordic model, including class content, scheduling and operational quality.
Lead, coach and develop GX leadership teams to build a high-performing and accountable culture, ensuring strong leadership capabilities, clear expectations and consistent execution across clusters.
Drive commercial performance by monitoring business KPIs and member experience metrics, identifying opportunities and delivering improvements across key areas such as load factor, show-ups, GX share of memberships, membership satisfaction and lifetime value.
Lead operational excellence across the GX organisation by implementing processes, tools and ways of working that ensure consistency, scalability and high-quality execution of the Nordic GX model.
Own the end-to-end GX development agenda including instructor recruitment, talent pipeline and strategic collaboration with the rest of the Danish Management team, Operations and Nordic GX leadership on best practices and key development initiatives such as new clubs, relocations and concept upgrades.

Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
Practical Information
✅ The primary workplace is our Service Office in Lyngby.
✅ Occasional travel to our Nordic HQ in Oslo and regular domestic travel between clubs is expected.
