Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our team at Everyone Active's centres in the UK. Based in Daventry, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering exceptional services that align with our mission to promote active living.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Daventry Leisure Centre and Sports Park to ensure high standards of service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop strategies to improve facility performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with local authorities and partners to support community engagement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement best practices in management and customer service.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience within leisure, sports, or community centre operations. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, Pool Plant Operator and IOSH training will be provided and are expected to be gained within a set timeline.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to leisure facilities.
- Previous experience working with local authorities or community organisations is advantageous.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
