Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
The successful candidate will require a current National Pool Lifeguard qualification, or demonstrate the ability to gain the qualification within their first 3 months of employment.
