As Regional Manager you will provide inspirational leadership to your team of General Managers to support them to reach their full potential. You will ensure your region complies with all health & safety requirements and you will foster a culture of success to drive employee engagement, member experience and regional EBITDA targets. You will be accountable for capital investment projects and coordinate the planning with each General Manager for driving the return on investment, as well as input into and oversee the implementation of the business plan, objectives and initiatives.
*This is a hybrid role where travel & regular club visits within your region will be required*

About you:
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Excellent operational knowledge
- Several years experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Several years experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
