At David Lloyd Clubs, this role plays an important part in supporting the ongoing success of the business through key membership administration tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate membership records, handling member communications and supporting processes such as refunds, reconciliations, migrations and Direct Debit runs.
(please note this is office based role, working Monday- Friday at our Hatfield Club)

About you:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and use initiative
- Methodical and logical approach with strong attention to detail
- Positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous experience using membership database systems or within the Health & Leisure industry is desirable
