We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to assist our Business Development team in the day-to-day work. You keep the administration in order, make sure everything is accurate, and are occasionally the point of contact for partners.
This Is What Your Role Looks Like
As Business Development Assistant, you are the administrative backbone of our Business Development team. You take care of the practical side of our partnerships, so the Business Development Manager can focus on strategy and growth.
Your Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and archive contracts, agreements, and partner documentation
- Process updates and mutations in our systems
- Prepare reports and overviews to support the Account Coordinator
Partner & Stakeholder Communication
- First point of contact for operational and administrative questions from partners
- Coordinate with local market teams on practical partnership matters
- Support meeting preparation and follow-up on action points
Process Support
- Spot opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
- Maintain CRM data and support lead generation administration
- Help prepare contract renewals and new partnership documentation
Who Are You?
You are organized, precise, and proactive. You like structure, but you can easily switch when priorities shift. You feel at home in an international environment and communicate easily, both internally and with external partners.
We are looking for someone with:
- Good communication skills in English; ( Spanish/ French/ German is a pre)
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably some experience with CRM systems
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of priorities
