Summary
We are seeking a Membership Advisor to join our team at Etwall Leisure Centre. This role is vital in helping us engage with our community members and promote active lifestyles. Based in Etwall, you will play a key part in supporting our mission to make physical activity accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and current members to promote membership options and benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction.
- Assist in membership sign-ups and renewals, ensuring a smooth process.
- Promote our facilities, programs, and activities to increase community participation.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for member engagement.
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and improve engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community well-being.
- Previous experience in the leisure or sports industry is a plus.
