The estates team is responsible for the management of the UK and European portfolio of 140 clubs and its subtenant estate of circa 300 subleased units. The role operates cross functionally with departments such as; finance, construction. maintenance and operations
As an Estates Surveyor your role will be to support with the administrative elements of management and validity of all property costs overseeing a portfolio of circa 300 subtenants across the UK and Europe. You will maintain accurate property data and support the Estates and Asset Manager in applying consistent controls across both UK and European portfolios

About you:
- Direct experience of Operational property management
- Previous experience working with property and finance systems is essential
- You are able to evidence knowledge of Landlord and Tenant
- Proven ability of working with external suppliers such as solicitors
