
Director of Sales Operations - Merrithew
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $130,000 CAD + bonus + benefits

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused operations specialist who thrives on building scalable systems, improving sales performance and enabling international growth.
Working across multiple brands and global markets, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial operating framework that supports sustainable revenue expansion. You will sit at the centre of collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams, ensuring pipeline generation, CRM governance, pricing strategy and forecasting processes are aligned and delivering measurable impact.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of strengthening the commercial engine that drives inbound demand, pipeline velocity and global sales execution.
This includes leading campaign-driven pipeline initiatives, implementing best-practice CRM processes, maintaining pricing discipline and delivering clear performance insight to senior leadership.
You will partner closely with regional commercial leaders to standardise processes, improve lead conversion performance and create consistency across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Strategy & Commercial Performance
Design targeted initiatives to generate high-quality inbound opportunities
Establish clear pipeline targets across regions and customer segments
Implement structured lead qualification frameworks and optimise conversion rates
Improve response speed and ensure seamless handover between marketing and sales
CRM & Sales Infrastructure Leadership
Own global CRM governance, data integrity and reporting standards
Develop scalable workflows, automation and process documentation
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the commercial technology ecosystem
Pricing Governance & Revenue Optimisation
Maintain consistent global pricing frameworks
Establish discount approval processes and commercial compliance standards
Align pricing strategy with margin targets and growth objectives
Forecasting & Commercial Insight
Lead forecasting cycles and support strategic revenue planning
Develop dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership
Translate sales data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on campaign performance, segmentation and pipeline routing
Work closely with Finance, Product and Operations teams to ensure commercial alignment
Support sales enablement through process improvement and training initiatives
About You

You will ideally bring:
Proven leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy
A track record of improving pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and sales conversion metrics
Strong experience implementing CRM platforms and commercial reporting frameworks
Confidence operating within international and matrix environments
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
