Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Manage guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor health and safety compliance across the premises, implementing necessary procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest experience excellence
- Assist in resolving any operational issues promptly and effectively during your shift
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and staff performance
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
- Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and staff management
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Organised with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under pressure
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues swiftly
