- Are enthusiastic and passionate about fitness
- Have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Have a Personal Training Level 3 qualification or working towards this
- Are customer focused and service orientated
- Have the training and skills to deliver a one to one which is customer centred
- Can undertake workshops and fitness classes and deliver a fun, exciting exercise experience every time
- Are a fitness fanatic who’s always keen to improve and develop their skills
- Have any Group Exercise qualifications
Main goal is to provide motivation and support for customers to achieve their fitness goals, through the consistent delivery of one to one appointments and reviews, group induction sessions and meaningful gym floor interaction.
Key Performance Indicator To provide a ‘world famous’ customer experience that keeps people wanting to return.
We are looking to recruit two individuals, to our positions of 10 and 20 hours a week. Hourly rate you can earn is up to £18.56 per hour.

Pay: £12.21-£18.56 per hour
