Your role will lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and forecasting process across all clubs and central support functions, coordinating multiple budget holders to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery. Set and communicate clear budget and forecast timetables, manage inputs from Finance, Sales and Operational teams, and ensure robust financial models underpin revenue and cost forecasts. Provide insightful challenge to assumptions, highlight key risks and opportunities, and deliver high-quality presentations to senior stakeholders and the Board. Maintain strong governance, controls and audit compliance over budgeting tools and processes, with a continuous focus on improving forecasting accuracy in a dynamic commercial environment.

About you:
· In depth knowledge of Unit4 FP&A System
· Experience working with a Multi-National Corporation
· CIMA or ACCA Qualification (Other relevant finance/accounting qualification)
· Thrives in collaborative environments, connect well with others and ability to build rapport.
· Experience in operational support to understand financial budgeting
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
· Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
