- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Provide ongoing support and information to prospective members, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
- Analyse sales data regularly to identify trends and opportunities for growth
