🏆 The Role
As Head of Racquet Sports at Robin Park Leisure Centre, you’ll take the lead on an exciting and expanding programme across Tennis, Padel, Pickleball, and Badminton.
You’ll:
Shape and grow a vibrant racquet sports offer across premium indoor and outdoor facilities
Lead inclusive pathways for all ages and abilities — from first-time players to regional competitors
Drive participation, performance, and partnerships within the community
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of coaches and staff
Play a key role in the future development of Padel at the centre
With bespoke tennis courts, eight badminton courts, and exciting growth opportunities ahead, this is a chance to leave a lasting legacy in racquet sports.
⏱️ The role includes flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
About You
You’re a motivated and experienced racquet sports professional with a passion for developing people and programmes.
You’ll bring:
LTA Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) and Accreditation+
Proven coaching and leadership experience
Strong organisational and people-management skills
A commitment to safeguarding, health, and high-quality delivery
It’s a bonus if you have:
LTA Level 5 qualification
Experience in public leisure or community sports settings
Confidence using IT systems for scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring
