Blackburn with Darwen Borough Councils Environment and Resident Services Department are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Gym Instructor to join our Fitness team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the delivery of a safe, efficient, and engaging fitness environment while upholding the organisation’s operational standards and service excellence.
The candidate must hold a Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (or recognised equivalent). You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of exercise science, training principles, and safe working practices plus have strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
