This is what your assignment looks like
Our development team builds custom solutions for both the Basic-Fit business and our members, supporting member self-service, custom in-club software solutions and tooling for the different departments within Basic-Fit. As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll join our growing development team which is responsible for the overall Basic-Fit Salesforce environment (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Heroku and Mulesoft). Next to this we also do custom web development using NodeJS and React. You enjoy working in support-focused roles, resolving issues, and helping users, while also being eager to take on new responsibilities and expand your skill set.
Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions for the business users;
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests;
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades;
Manage data feeds and other integrations;
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization;
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams;
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar platform);
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new applications rapidly;
Strong positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities;
Ability to work across multiple applications with minimal onboarding;
Experience providing service and application support to end users.
Nice to Have
Experience with click-to-configure tools (e.g., declarative tools, low-code/no-code platforms);
Exposure to working with UI-based tools or applications requiring interface configuration or setup;
Knowledge of an additional European language is a strong advantage (e.g., Dutch, German, French, Spanish).
