BrewDog Chancery Lane is seeking a General Manager for a 45-hour contract with paid overtime and a salary starting at £4 Crew Meals

The role involves leading the team, managing the venue's performance (P&L, stock, labor planning, cost control, and sales growth), and ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Duties include coaching and developing staff, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, and promoting beer education

Candidates should have experience in a busy hospitality venue, a passion for beer, strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a guest-focused mindset
