Urban Gym Wellingborough is a brand-new premium fitness facility opening soon, and we’re now looking for Freelance Personal Trainers to join our community.
This is a fully independent, self-employed role where you can grow your own PT business inside a high-quality, modern gym environment.

Earning Structure
Monthly rent: £400
Reduce your rent up to 100% by delivering:
* Studio classes
* Hyrox/small-group sessions
* Member referrals (£50 per referral + 10% discount for the client)
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3, insured Personal Trainers
* First Aid certified
* Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others
* Friendly, community-focused individuals
Contract
* Freelance agreement (minimum 6 months)
* Full control of your schedule and client base
* Access to marketing and optional content collaboration opportunities (must tag Urban Gym Wellingborough in any recycled/ repurposed content)
