Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team in Watford Central. Based in our vibrant community centers in GB, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their fitness goals while fostering a fun and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging fitness classes and personal training sessions tailored to diverse client needs.
- Motivate and inspire members to participate actively in their fitness journey.
- Ensure safety and proper use of equipment during all activities.
- Develop personalized workout plans based on individual assessments.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the facility.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere that encourages community participation.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Relevant certifications such as REPs or CIMSPA membership preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
- Basic first aid certification is advantageous.
