Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing all aspects of the Health Club, ensuring outstanding customer service, effective team leadership, staff development, and seamless rota coordination.
- Conducting daily audits and walkthrough of the facility, staying fully informed on all operational matters.
- Organising and leading regular staff meetings, as well as conducting comprehensive staff training sessions.
- Regularly check club performance and financial reports to track progress, identify opportunities for growth, and implement necessary improvements.
- Leading and motivating a dedicated team to uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
- Greeting and welcoming guests, taking bookings, and handling payments.
- Overseeing pool safety and conducting health and safety checks.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, sauna, changing rooms, and gym.
- Conducting water quality testing to ensure safety and hygiene standards.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Health Club Manager within a hotel or leisure facility. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and the capability to oversee daily operations, staff management, and guest experience.
