Fitzen Reformer Studio is a boutique Pilates brand with two beautiful studios — one in Hampton Hill and a brand new one opening soon in Walton-on-Thames.
Each studio has six reformers and offers an intimate, welcoming environment where clients receive personal attention and feel truly supported. Our mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and find balance — both physically and mentally.
We’re looking for passionate Pilates instructors who value quality, community, and connection. There’s also the opportunity to work across both studios, depending on availability and interest.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to inspire our clients through engaging and effective classes. You'll be responsible for leading group and private sessions, ensuring a safe and positive experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and groups.
- Provide modifications and adaptations to meet the needs of clients at all levels.
- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all participants.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during classes.
- Maintain an organized and clean studio environment.
- Assist in promoting studio events and special programs.
- Engage with clients to foster a sense of community and encourage feedback.
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates instructor with a focus on Reformer training.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a commitment to client success.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.
