As part of this exciting growth at Quarry House Leisure Centre, we are now looking to expand the team at the site to continue to drive the centre forward and expand our presence in the local community.
The role will involve working to achieve and succeed in monthly sales targets whilst working in compliance with company procedures. The candidate will need to be proactive and able to continually seek new opportunities to create leads as well as complete professional membership calls, tours and sales. This role with involve increasing the awareness of the Leisure centre in the local community, by attending and booking outreach events, building relationships with local companies and community groups, and actively looking at new opportunities.

Job Description
Primary Objectives for the Membership Advisor Post will be
Achieve and exceed the monthly sales targets.
Ensure the company's sales system is operated and implemented at all times.
Continually seek new ways which increase sales leads, tours and ultimately sales.
Encourage a sales culture within all Centre personnel.
Increase presence in the local community to drive awareness and generate new leads
The Membership Advisor Role
Set daily sales targets in conjunction with the line manager.
Motivate all staff towards sales performance.
Ensure all telephone enquiries are registered through the Sales Enquiry Card.
Ensure the appointment system is operated to its full potential.
Tour all prospective customers, achieving the agreed conversion percentage.
Ensure all aspects of the 5 sales process are adhered to at all times
Ensure that all relevant administrative systems are completed as part of the corporate sales system.
To help create an engaging social media presence,
Promote both the Health and Fitness Brand and Swimming lessons, both internally and externally to prospective members by using all available communication tools.
To coordinate all health and fitness-based corporate promotions.
To record information on all prospects as part of the sales system and manage the callback process for all these enquiries.
Continually develop sales skills and techniques as part of an ongoing personal development.
Understand and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competitors' pricing, special offers, product development and marketing activity (including social media).
Attend corporate and local sales meetings, taking any agreed action plan.
Attend Local and national events to help promote the centre, company and health and fitness brand
The role will entail working on a shift rota as required
Undertake any other duties as may be required by the Centre Manager

The Candidate
Qualifications
No qualifications are necessary, although sales-related qualifications and training would be an advantage.
Experience
No sales experience necessary, although an outgoing, enthusiastic approach to work is.

Must be target-driven.
Must be fleixible
Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and other members of staff.
An enhanced DBS disclosure is essential.
