We're on the lookout for a visionary General Manager to join our team and lead the pre-opening of this funky brand launching for the first time in Derbyshire.
Reporting directly to the owner, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our client's village while driving business success, making a positive impact on the environment, and nurturing a team of passionate individuals to achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for developing and empowering our team, whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. You'll provide mentorship and guidance to ensure each team member had the tool and support their need to excel in their roles and contribute to our shared roles. Additionally, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and implementation.
You'll analyse market trends, identify opportunities to expand and innovate, and develop strategies. Whether its optimising revenue streams, enhancing operational efficiency, or improving guest satisfaction, you'll lead the charge to ensure our hotel remains at the forefront of a competitive market.
