We are currently looking for a part time Sales Advisor who will report directly to the Sales & Fitness Manager. This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve.
Located in the heart of West Penwith, Penzance Leisure Centre is a busy community based leisure centre comprising of a 25 metre swimming pool, a learner pool, 50+ station gym, functional training area, group exercise / activity studio, 6 court sports hall, health suite, creche and a grass pitch.
The Opportunity
Your main duties will include dealing directly with all membership enquiries over the telephone, face-to-face and online, organising and delivering outreach activities and completing membership administration duties via our online systems. You will provide essential reception cover, meeting and greeting our customers and assisting with their enquiries. From time to time, you will also assist the Swim Manager in promoting and dealing with enquiries relating to our swimming lessons programme.
The Person
You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will work 30 hours per week on a shift rota.
Applicants should have demonstrable abilities of working within a customer service/sales environment and have a track record of achieving targets. Full induction training will be given.
