We’re searching for a Club Manager to take the lead at a vibrant, full-service fitness club in Leusden. The club has a fantastic team already in place – including a Hospitality Manager, PT, instructors and hosts – and runs 11+ group exercise classes a week.
With strong local roots and a loyal member base, this is an opportunity to make a real impact by leading day-to-day operations, developing the team, and delivering a top-tier member experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a small, multi-functional team
- Creating a high-energy, service-first environment
- Managing club operations, performance and team scheduling
- Ensuring smooth delivery of group fitness and PT services

- Someone who’s managed in fitness, leisure or service-led environments. We are also keen to speak to candidates from retail, hospitality and other people focussed sectors
