We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our Leadership Team covering either the East/North or South Region. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will lead a team of motivated Area Managers and regional support colleagues to achieve service, operational and commercial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- To drive the commercial revenue generating output of the Region to ensure bottom line budgets are achieved or exceeded.
- To be accountable for the business, budgetary and cost centre performance across the range of partnerships and services in the Region.
- To lead, manage, develop and motivate a team of partnership leads (Area Manager or Contract Managers).
- To lead the development, delivery and evaluation of the Leisure Partnerships and associated contractual outcomes within the Region.
- To deliver on all corporate objectives including those related to Sustainability, Environment, Healthy Communities and Improving Lives Through Leisure.

Hours: 37 hours per week
The Regional Manager will be an experienced leader typically from either the leisure, retail or hospitality sectors.
Candidates will be practiced at supporting and driving teams to achieve goals and have a strong commercial background (experience of managing and driving contract and cost adherence through a team is essential).
You will also have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, especially with our clients.
If you have experience working closely with local authorities, it’s an advantage but not essential.

Please note that we are recruiting for one Regional Manager vacancy but can be flexible on the region they cover. Candidates for the ‘South’ role may be located south of the M25 (e.g. Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Oxted or Guildford). Candidates for East / North role may be located on the M1 corridor (e.g Northampton, Peterborough, Bedford or Luton).
