We’re recruiting for a Club Manager to lead one of Amsterdam’s most exciting and high-performing fitness clubs. This is a flagship site with big expectations – and big opportunity. The club has a fantastic team in place, a strong commercial track record, and a genuine focus on quality, culture, and people development.
You’ll take full ownership of the club – responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, member experience and commercial results. This isn’t a behind-the-desk role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, builds team energy, and creates a culture of success and accountability.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, inspiring and developing a multi-skilled team
- Creating an exceptional member experience from the moment they walk in
- Driving performance through clear structure, commercial focus and high standards
- Managing the full operation of the club – people, process and performance
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a fast-paced management role, ideally in fitness, leisure, retail or hospitality
- Is confident with managing teams, budgets and day-to-day operations
- Leads with energy, structure and positivity
- Is commercially astute and target-driven
